Terms of Service

The terms governing virtual AI support sessions, implementation assistance and custom AI services purchased through AI Experts.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

AI Experts is the trading name used on ai-experts.cloud. The legal merchant identity, geographic address, support contact and tax information applicable to your transaction are provided through the checkout, invoice and/or order confirmation where required. You can contact us at any time through the contact page.

2. What we provide

AI Experts provides manually delivered remote services relating to AI chatbots, AI assistants and agents, prompt and system-instruction design, workflow automation, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, implementation guidance and related advisory work. Services may be delivered through scheduled calls, screen-share sessions, guided chat/email support, configuration work or another remote format agreed for the task.

Service descriptions describe the intended scope of assistance. They are not guarantees of a particular revenue, performance, ranking, business result, error-free AI output or compatibility with every third-party platform.

3. Virtual Support Sessions and packages

Unless a custom scope states otherwise, one Virtual AI Support Session covers one focused working objective. Examples include configuring one assistant behavior, improving a prompt or system instruction, reviewing one workflow step, troubleshooting a specific problem or testing a defined setup. Multi-session packages may be used across related implementation and support tasks.

If a request is materially larger than a single-session objective, we will explain that additional sessions or a custom scope are needed before proceeding.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Any applicable tax, currency conversion or payment-provider charge that must legally be disclosed will be shown before payment where applicable. An order remains pending until payment is confirmed. A return or success page alone is never treated as proof of payment.

Card details are not collected by AI Experts. Online card payments are completed on secure hosted checkout pages operated by third-party payment providers. Larger or custom orders may use an agreed manual payment method.

5. Starting and delivering the service

Nothing is automatically provisioned after payment. After payment confirmation, we review the request and coordinate the appropriate delivery method. You are responsible for providing reasonably necessary information, access, screenshots, examples or test data needed to perform the agreed work.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer and ask us to begin providing a service before the end of your statutory withdrawal period, we record that request. If you later withdraw after performance has begun, applicable law may require you to pay a proportionate amount for work already supplied. Where a service has been fully performed after the legally required express request and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal may end.

6. Customer responsibilities and account security

You must have the right to use any content, data, account or system you ask us to work with. Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, private keys or other credentials through ordinary chat or email. Where account access is needed, use the safest available method such as screen-share, temporary/revocable access or a platform-approved collaborator role.

You remain responsible for maintaining backups, reviewing material changes and deciding whether to deploy or rely on an AI-generated output, integration or automation in production.

7. Third-party platforms and costs

Our services may involve third-party AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, hosting services, CRMs or other software. Unless a custom order expressly says otherwise, third-party subscriptions, API usage, licences and platform charges are not included in the AI Experts service price and remain your responsibility.

Third-party services can change features, pricing, availability, APIs or terms without our control. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by those providers, although we can assist with troubleshooting or migration as a separate service.

8. AI limitations and human review

AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected outputs. AI-assisted workflows should be tested and reviewed before high-impact use. You remain responsible for final decisions and for ensuring that your use of AI complies with applicable law, professional duties, platform rules and internal policies.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide, subject to any third-party rights. Unless a custom agreement says otherwise, after full payment you may use the custom prompts, configuration notes, workflow documentation and other bespoke deliverables created specifically for your order for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing know-how, reusable methods, templates and general skills.

10. Confidentiality

We will use customer information and materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, support and administer the service, subject to our Privacy Notice. Do not provide sensitive personal, regulated or confidential information unless it is genuinely needed for the agreed work and you are authorised to share it.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to request or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful activity. We may decline, suspend or cancel work that we reasonably believe cannot be provided lawfully, safely or consistently with third-party platform rules. Any refund in that situation will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

12. Consumer withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

EU/EEA consumers purchasing at a distance generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a service contract, subject to legal exceptions and rules for services that begin during that period. Full details and our cancellation process are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. An online withdrawal request can be submitted through Withdraw from contract.

13. Service problems

If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, contact us with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform failures, customer deployment decisions, unreviewed AI output, loss of data where reasonable backups were not maintained, or use outside the agreed scope.

15. Governing rules and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the merchant identified for your transaction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to your consumer contract.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The version presented or linked when your order is placed governs that order unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms, an order, cancellation or merchant information can be submitted through our contact page. Please include your order reference when the request concerns an existing purchase.
